The application of surface nanocomposite technology to prepare a new type of wear-resistant anti-friction composite coating sewing machine technology has recently been successfully developed, which can provide oil-free lubrication key materials for domestic high-speed sewing machines, and provide technical support for comprehensively improving the overall technical level of industrial sewing machines in China.
The research group of Shanghai Nanotechnology and Industrial Development Promotion Center obtained Ni-P-PTFE, Ni-P/Al2O3, Ni-P/SiC, Ni-P/PTFE-SiC and Ni-P/Gr-SiC composite coatings through the research of sewing machine technology. The properties and microstructure of the sewing machine surface of the nano-composite coating before and after heat treatment were studied. The results showed that the hardness and wear resistance of the sewing machine surface were significantly higher than that of the Ni-P coating, especially after heat treatment, the hardness of the Ni-P/SiC composite coating could reach HV1206, and the wear resistance was significantly improved. In addition, the crystallization temperature of Ni-P/Al2O3 composite coating decreased significantly with the introduction of Al2O3 nanoparticles. The experiment was carried out on the prototype bench, and it was proved that the composite coating prepared by the above method can indeed improve the wear resistance and anti-friction performance and service life of the sewing machine parts, and has the characteristics of low noise and low energy consumption. Part of the research results have shown that China's sewing machine technology has been on a higher level, after the test of the user unit, the performance of self-lubricating coating material has reached the use of similar products in foreign countries.
This project adopts the collaborative composite technology of self-lubricating particles and ceramic particles to maximize the wear resistance and anti-friction performance of sewing machinery parts. Compared with traditional physical metallurgy methods, the sewing machine technology has the advantages of low preparation temperature, easy dispersion of nanoparticles in the plating solution, etc., and the required equipment is simple and easy to operate, which greatly reduces the production cost. The implementation and production of the project can solve the problem of friction and wear of key parts of sewing machine equipment, especially for the development of oil-free sewing machine equipment to provide the key oil-free lubrication technology, to achieve the leapfrog of domestic sewing machine technology and equipment, while improving the overall technical level of sewing machine equipment in China, and enhance the export competitiveness. In addition, the popularization and application of this technology is expected to be applied in other machinery, aerospace, mold and other industrial fields.
